Jessie began her career caring for medically complex patients. She has since led organizations, managed programs serving more than 250,000 people, overseen multimillion dollar healthcare portfolios and built partnerships among health plans, hospitals, physicians and community providers.

Her work includes care management models that reduced hospital readmissions across multiple states, generated millions of dollars in shared savings, created patient centered programs that expanded nationally and helped build, grow and sell a behavioral health organization.

At Journey of Care, Jessie brings together clinical leadership, operational experience and a belief that every system, contract and technology should ultimately make life better for the person receiving care. She built the company to be deeply personal and a credible, accountable partner within a larger system of care.

Todd's early work in environmental science and mapping taught him to see how geography, systems and small changes can affect an entire community. He carried that perspective into public health, earning a Master of Public Health focused on biostatistics and epidemiology.

He has led data analytics for a health plan, developed performance measures and created tools that show where care is working and where people may be falling through the gaps. On the health plan side, he saw firsthand how coverage decisions, incomplete information or a missed service connection can quickly become a much larger problem.

At Journey of Care, Todd combines data, technology and operational leadership to build dependable, deeply human services. He translates the mission into processes that work, information teams can use and partnerships that produce meaningful results.
